📦 الإبلاغ عن الأضرار أو الأخطاء

في حال وصول الطلب متضرراً، أو وجود نقص أو خطأ غير مقصود، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال مدة أقصاها 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب. ولضمان سرعة معالجة الحالة، يرجى إرسال صور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف مع رقم الطلب عبر بريدنا الإلكتروني الرسمي.

🔄 الاسترجاع القياسي (خلال 15 يوماً)

حرصاً على راحتكم، نتيح لكم طلب استرجاع المنتجات القياسية خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، وفق الشروط التالية:

• أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية تماماً وغير مستخدم.
• أن يكون داخل التغليف الأصلي دون أي تلف أو إزالة للملصقات.
• ألا يكون من ضمن “المنتجات المخصصة” أو “الموسمية” (موضحة أدناه).
• يجب التواصل معنا مسبقاً عبر البريد الإلكتروني والحصول على موافقة فريق الدعم قبل شحن المنتج إلينا.

🛠️ الطلبات المخصصة والتفصيل الخاص

المنتجات التي يتم تصنيعها أو تعديلها خصيصاً بناءً على طلبكم، بما في ذلك الأسماء، العبارات الخاصة، التصاميم الحصرية، أو المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب، لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها بعد بدء عملية التصنيع، نظراً لكونها صُنعت خصيصاً لكم. يُستثنى من ذلك فقط حالات وجود عيب تصنيعي واضح أو ضرر ناتج عن الشحن.

🌙 المنتجات الموسمية والمحدودة

التشكيلات المرتبطة بمواسم محددة مثل العيد، رمضان، الحج، حق الليلة، ومواسم التخرج، غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال نظراً لطبيعتها الحصرية والمحدودة بالوقت.

💳 معالجة المبالغ المستردة ورسوم الشحن

• رسوم الشحن: رسوم التوصيل الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد خروج الطلب للشحن. كما قد يتحمل العميل رسوم إعادة الشحن أو الاسترجاع حسب نوع المنتج ومنطقة التوصيل.

• الاسترداد المالي: بعد استلامنا للمنتج وفحصه للتأكد من استيفائه للشروط، سيتم إشعاركم عبر البريد الإلكتروني. تتم إعادة المبلغ المعتمد عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال مدة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 10 أيام عمل، وذلك حسب سياسات البنك ومزود الدفع.

• حالة المنتج: يحق لـ Hams Ideas رفض أي طلب استرجاع في حال وجود آثار استخدام، خدوش، كسر، تلف، إزالة للتغليف الأصلي، أو إعادة المنتج بحالة تختلف عن حالته الأصلية أو عدم استيفاء شروط الاسترجاع المذكورة أعلاه.

📧 طريقة التواصل الرسمية

جميع طلبات الاسترجاع أو الملاحظات يجب إرسالها حصرياً عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي، مع توضيح رقم الطلب وكافة التفاصيل المتعلقة بالحالة، وذلك لضمان توثيق الطلبات وتسريع عملية المراجعة والمتابعة.

At Hams Ideas, we believe that premium manufacturing quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a refined shopping experience are the foundations of your trust in our brand. Every piece is carefully crafted and prepared within our specialized manufacturing environment in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, serving customers across the UAE and selected international destinations.

As a proud Emirati manufacturer specializing in luxury gifts, personalized creations, acrylic decor, home accessories, and premium wood, marble, and leather collections, we have established a clear and fair return policy designed to ensure a secure, trustworthy, and seamless shopping experience.

📦 Reporting Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date. To ensure swift resolution, kindly email our official support team with your order number and clear photographs of the product and its original packaging.

🔄 Standard Returns (15-Day Policy)

For your peace of mind, we accept returns on standard items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is entirely unused and in its original, pristine condition.
• The item is securely packed in its original packaging without any damage, missing labels, or removed protective elements.
• The item is not classified as a “Custom” or “Seasonal” product (see below).
• You must contact our support team via email and obtain formal return approval before shipping the item back to us.

🛠️ Custom & Personalized Orders

Products that are bespoke, personalized, or manufactured specifically to your requests — including custom names, exclusive phrases, personalized designs, or made-to-order creations — cannot be returned or exchanged once production has commenced. Exceptions are strictly limited to clear manufacturing defects or verified shipping damage.

🌙 Seasonal & Limited Collections

Collections tied to specific seasons or limited events — such as Eid, Ramadan, Hajj, Hag Al Laila, and Graduation collections — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their exclusive and time-sensitive nature.

💳 Refunds & Shipping Fees

• Shipping Fees: Original delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. Customers may also be responsible for return shipping or reshipping fees depending on the product type and delivery location.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to verify compliance with our return conditions, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.

• Item Condition: Hams Ideas reserves the right to reject any return request if the product shows signs of use, scratches, breakage, damage, removed original packaging, or if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally dispatched.
